The six person project team with Solas Holdings have an established track record in energy saving, energy management and services and project delivery dating back to 1997.

Our staff are experienced, PMP Trained & Qualified.

CONSTRUCTION

2006 – In conjunction with National Building agency, developed a test model of upgraded energy efficient design and project delivery. Completed 45 new design and installation below budget and in time line. Had the responsibility of dealing with the design team and co-ordinate all innovate new measures.

REFURBISHMENT

Energy Saving and Upgrades – 2007/2008 In conjunction with GEA managed the Crescent Housing upgrade. Pilot project for the Better Energy Homes scheme. Co-ordinated the successful installation of 80 properties for Heating, insulation and glazing. Managed project on a day-to-day basis.

COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT & SPONSORED SCHEMES

BEC 0255. Delivery of a previous BEC project on time and within budgets. Please refer to internal SEAI details for this project.

2009/2010 Delivery of 900 social dwellings to incorporate Insulation to roofs & walls. Project funded through ESB. Managed all aspect of project from Finance, delivery, customer support and the direct installation of works.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The project team with Solas Holdings have an established track record in Energy Saving, Energy Management & Services and Project Delivery dating back to 1997.
